Ferndene reserve, the magical walk amongst the ancient man ferns and creeks where the remains of mining tunnels reminding us of a bygone era will have you amazed. Every Sunday there is the local Penguin markets, Tasmania largest indoor market where you can pick up a bargain amongst the many bric a brac stalls or enjoy a bite to eat from the food stalls.
